Instructions This muesli may be used in all meals, hot or cold. It combines well with apples, pears, apricots, bananas, oranges, pineapple etc. and with fruit juice in place of and preferably to milk.
Breakfast - Hot or Cold Place one or two dessertspoonfuls of FRU-NUT in a plate with fruit juice dilute or milk. Soak for a minute or two, stir, add sliced fruit. Ready to eat!
Hot Either soak cereal overnight or pour hot water on it and leave for one minute. Add honey syrup or milk, hot or cold, fruit juice or yoghurt. Sliced or stewed fruit are delicious, grated apple also.
Lunch FRU NUT makes a light sustaining meal with grated or stewed fruits in season. Fits in as a quick and healthy last meal of the day, with fruit or extra nuts and sultanas, raisins etc.
